Carrageenan
Product Introduction:
Fujian Huanhai Biological Carrageenan is primarily extracted from red algae of the genus Eucheuma. It consists of partially sulfated residues of α(1-3)-D-galactose-4-sulfate and β(1-4)-3,6-dehydrated-D-galactose. The product is obtained through a scientifically optimized extraction process, and its quality fully meets both national standards and EU standards.
Fujian Huanhai Biological Carrageenan boasts excellent thickening, emulsifying, elastic, and water-retention properties. It remains stable even under neutral and alkaline conditions and does not undergo hydrolysis when heated. As a result, it is widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
